Most of us are afraid of change, but all of us know it's critical to grow at times. We engage in harsh, type A accountability and punishing strategies, beat yourselves up for not doing what we know we should do, and ultimately end of sabotaging the whole thing.
Like when you vow to eat healthy, exercise and get enough sleep, and boom, one thing throws you off, and you are off the good-health wagon.

What have I achieved? hmmm, I am not sure if I have achieved or learned but here is what I think my answer is.
The ability to become vulnerable, assistance in my goal of trusting (still a work in progress), and courage to follow my dream. I have really learned to release the unnecessary masculine energy in everything I do and let go so the feminine energy can flourish. I do not act as type a as I used to, which is good because I am not it was conditioning from corporate and I am more creative, I also am better able to set my ego aside and be a better conduit for my clients and students. I know my life sounds ridiculously lucky to many who I know, and yet, I am a testament that we can follow our heart, feed our children, and have a sense of fulfillment & purpose. I could not have sustained the life I lead today had the Sacred Chalice not shown up in my life. They have served as the roadmap to opening myself up to a reality that is different from the norm.
